Two of our commercial litigation attorneys, John G. Layman and John R. Layman, have been actively involved in the financial institution industry for decades. John G. Layman has almost 50 years of commercial litigation experience. John R. Layman has almost 20 years of commercial litigation experience. Richard C. Robinson has tried to verdict well in excess of 100 jury trials and has been honored in each of the last five years as one of Washington's "Super Lawyers."

Among our other attorneys, Patti Jo Foster is an MBA and a Chartered Financial Analyst, and Andrew A. Schillinger worked for the Honorable John A. Klobucher, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington, prior to joining our firm.
